Drafter / Detailer (Revit)
We are seeking a detail‑oriented Drafter/Detailer to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for building and maintaining Revit libraries
and producing high‑quality construction documents
for architectural, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and structural projects. This position plays a key role in ensuring accurate, coordinated, and well‑organized construction documentation across multiple disciplines. If you enjoy working in Revit, collaborating across teams, and contributing to precise, buildable drawings, this is a great opportunity to grow your drafting career.
Key Responsibilities
Set up, organize, and maintain Revit libraries for architectural, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and structural disciplines
Draft and prepare detailed construction documents using Revit
Ensure drawings meet required standards for accuracy, consistency, and quality
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support coordinated project deliverables
Incorporate markups, revisions, and updates throughout the design and documentation process
Required Skills & Qualifications
Proficiency in Revit
Experience drafting construction documents for architectural and/or MEP/structural projects
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to work collaboratively with architects, engineers, and project teams
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working across multiple disciplines (Architectural, Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, Structural)
Familiarity with standardized Revit libraries and documentation workflows
Strong communication and organizational skills
