We’re looking for a creative and reliable Social Media Manager to help grow our brand presence and engagement across platforms. This is a
part-time, flexible opportunity
ideal for someone who enjoys storytelling, content creation, and driving real results—not just posting. Responsibilities
Plan and schedule content across Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn Create engaging posts (graphics, captions, short-form video) Manage DMs and comments in a timely, professional voice Track performance and suggest improvements Collaborate with our team on campaigns and promotions Qualifications
Proven experience managing business social media accounts Strong writing and visual content skills (Canva or similar tools) Ability to work independently and meet deadlines Understanding of engagement, growth, and basic analytics Bonus: Experience with local businesses, recruiting, or service-based brands Location & Compensation
Location: Milwaukee / West Allis (hybrid or remote flexibility) Compensation: Competitive monthly retainer (based on experience)
