Full-time Wellness Director (Resident Care Director) RN or LPN to become a clinical leader on our compassionate Nursing team at Waterstone of Lexington, MA.
Responsibilities
Responsible for the overall implementation and coordination of resident care nursing in our community
Interacting with various family members, physicians, health service agencies and hospital liaisons as needed
Hiring, evaluating and supervising staff within the department
Ensures regulatory compliance and quality care and services
Qualifications
Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in MA with strong staff management and supervisory skills and memory care experience working in an Assisted Living Community
Dementia care experience required
On‑call required
