Our client is a well-regarded Atlanta real estate firm who is hiring a
Commercial Real Estate Associate (2+ years)
to join a busy practice with a strong pipeline of development-focused work. This associate will support transactions and projects involving real estate development and complex deawork, including drafting and negotiating agreements, addressing easements/shared-use arrangements and restrictive covenants, and helping structure documentation for projects that may include condominium or mixed-use components. This is an
in-office
role in
Buckhead
with meaningful responsibility and partner/client access.
Qualifications:
2+ years of commercial real estate experience
Strong
drafting and negotiation
skills
Admission to and in good standing with the Georgia Bar
Development-related experience (e.g., acquisitions, construction/homebuilding, condo/mixed-use, entity structuring) is a plus
