Role Description We are seeking a full-time Project Designer to join our team in a office/remote and on-site as needed capacity based in Miami, FL. The Project Designer will play a key role in creating construction drawings, developing space planning designs, and collaborating on architectural solutions, visiting site for preliminary design phase. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing design , preparing submittals, and coordination with the design team of the architect and engineers.
Qualifications
Proficiency in creating Construction Drawings and crafting Submittals
Experience in Space Planning and Architectural design
Strong organizational and time-management abilities
Master of Architecture degree or Bachelor’s degree in Architecture
Proficiency in Rhinoceros or Revit and Adobe Suite
Familiarity with local building codes and regulations is a plus
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
1-3 years of professional work experience
