Performance Marketing Manager
We are looking for a data-driven Performance Marketing Manager or Senior Manager to own and optimize our paid social channels. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys diving into analytics, testing rigorously, and fine-tuning campaigns to drive growth. You will report to the Director of Performance Marketing and work closely with the co-founder and CEO. You'll also have the support of a marketing assistant to execute campaigns effectively. Key Responsibilities
Own and manage paid social channels (Tiktok, Snap, Nextdoor)bringing workstreams from external agencies and contractors to in-house, and launching new channels (Reddit, Pinterest, X). Develop, implement, and optimize campaigns using data-driven insights. Conduct rigorous A/B testing, ensuring statistical significance and meaningful performance insights. Continuously analyze data and performance metrics to improve efficiency and ROI. Communicate findings and strategy recommendations clearly and proactively. Collaborate with internal and external teams to align marketing efforts with business goals. Maintain organized processes to track and measure performance marketing success. Requirements
5+ years of experience in paid social. Experience launching, growing and scaling smaller or experimental channels. Highly data and analytics focusedmust be comfortable working with numbers, metrics, and testing methodologies. Detail-oriented with a love for being in the weeds Be highly tactical, enjoying tactics as strategy Organized self-starter who thrives in an autonomous work environment. Strong written and oral communication skillsessential for remote work and cross-functional collaboration. Deep understanding of analytics, including confidence intervals, statistical testing, and experimental design. Bonus Points
Experience with additional performance marketing channels: programmatic, CTV, Amazon ads, Yelp ads, Twitch ads. Experience in SaaS, two-sided marketplaces, or home services. Proficiency in SQL or Python for deeper data analysis. Who Will Excel in This Role
Extremely detail-oriented and thorough in execution. Clear and proactive communicator, especially in writing (critical in our remote-first culture). Self-motivated, autonomous, and capable of delivering results without micromanagement. Reliable and deadline-driven, with a strong sense of ownership over work. Enjoys being very senior but doesn't necessarily believe that growth should mean people managementcomfortable with continuing as a high-level executor, managing agencies and contractors rather than a large team. However, people management opportunities can be available if desired.
