Team Summary The Account Specialist, Siplast
is part of our dedicated Siplast team. Siplast offers a uniquely segmented and dedicated portfolio of building enclosure solutions for the commercial construction market. For more information, visit

Job Summary Provide the highest level of customer service to internal and external customers with respect to all aspects of the Commercial order process including order placement, order management, jobsite planning, customer and plant follow-up. Maintain solid interdepartmental and customer relationships by addressing questions and concerns with efficiency, accuracy, and professionalism.
Essential Duties
Act as the point of contact for assigned commercial business accounts in regards to managing all aspects of the order management process, including data gathering and analysis to process error-free orders, timely updating of orders, real-time status information for orders, high-volume communication with customers and other departments, and communication of product or procedure changes.
Communicate, provide supporting information and education for alternative choices and/or products to customers and sales personnel when products are unavailable.
Develop and provide internal and external departments with order information and reports as necessary or upon request.
Act as a liaison between the Customer, Sales, Supply Chain and Plants to ensure all customer/product issues are addressed in a timely manner.
Ensure customer satisfaction by providing timely communication (verbal and written) regarding shipping, status updates including delays, follow up, and alternative products.
Update and maintain proper customer contact information, including email, fax, phone, and contact name, as well as all special delivery instructions, receiving capacity, or product restrictions in the master memo.
Process all Return Material Requests (RMA\u2019s) according to policy and coordinate with necessary individuals to ensure timely pickup of material.
Qualifications Required
H.S. Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) required
Bachelor\’s Degree in business or related field preferred
2+ years customer service or account management experience
Excellent interpersonal skills including verbal and written communication and the ability to establish and maintain business relationships
Intermediate level proficiency in MS Office and Google Suites
Ability to understand complex problems and solve them with high levels of customer satisfaction
Ability to work effectively with a team and develop workflows and processes to improve performance
Hybrid schedule: in-office Monday through Thursday with optional remote work on Friday; in-office required on Monday-Thursday
Preferred
Experience in commercial construction or roofing
Technical knowledge of related exterior construction materials, specifically Siplast products

Compensation and Benefits Base salary and/or rate of pay ranges listed are exclusive of fringe benefits and potential bonuses. Individual compensation offers will be determined based on factors including geographic location, relevant candidate experience and skill, education, and/or qualifications.
Base Salary Range: $52,000-$71,500
