Child Development Schools and (local affiliate companies) , we empower children and families across 11 states, providing developmental education for ages six weeks to twelve years. Your Role as Assistant Director As Assistant Director, you will collaborate with the Director to promote respect and unity among staff, parents, and children. Guided by our commitment to excellence, you will lead educators, prioritize safety, and support enrollment growth through engaging interactions and innovative activities.

Requirements
At least 18 years old, pass a background check, possess a high school diploma or GED, and have 2 years of experience in a licensed childcare center. Education in Early Childhood Education is a big plus.
Strong leadership skills.
Genuine empathy and understanding of children’s needs and development.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Flexibility and adaptability to meet community needs and respond to changing circumstances.
Capability to meet the physical demands of working with children.
