Your Role as an Assistant Director We are looking for enthusiastic leaders who are committed to creating a nurturing environment where children can thrive. As Assistant Director, you will collaborate with the Director to promote respect and unity among staff, parents, and children, lead educators, prioritize safety, and support enrollment growth through engaging interactions and innovative activities.

Requirements

At least 18 years old, able to pass a background check, hold a high school diploma or GED, and have at least 2 years of experience in a licensed childcare center. Education in Early Childhood Education is a plus.

Strong leadership skills.

Empathy and understanding of children's needs and development.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Flexibility and adaptability to meet community needs and respond to changing circumstances.

Capable of meeting the physical demands of working with children.
