SUMMARY: The Director, Enterprise Sales will seek out customer meetings and conversations that lead to pricing proposals and revenue opportunities for the company across various services that STG provides in: CFS (Import/Export LCL Consolidations, Bonded Services), Contract Logistics Distribution, Drayage, Intermodal, LTL (Deferred Asset service and Brokerage), Pool Distribution (CA/NJ), Transloads, Truckload (Brokerage)

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

Communicate with clients via email, phone, and in-person

Manage any accounts deemed necessary by the company

Secure new logo’s and enhance diversification of services used by clients

Attend Tradeshows, Conference, Intermodal Meetings/Trainings, Trade Group Activities

Generate Presentations and Proposals

Travel as necessary (both locally and nationally) up to 50%

Provide weekly updates of progress to leadership

Timely entry into CRM (Salesforce)

Timely submission of Expense Reports

WHAT YOU’LL BRING:

Bachelor's degree in related field required

5+ years of sales experience in CFS, LCL, NVOCC, Intermodal, and/or Steamship Line sales

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

Demonstrated attention to detail while helping drive the big picture

Self-driven curiosity to ask questions and seek understanding

Ability to lead through and adapt to new processes and challenges

Effective relationship building skills and communication with team members of all levels

High level of proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ability to learn new systems

Background of strong character, integrity, leadership, and sound decision-making

Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently, managing time and prioritizing tasks effectively

Compensation & Benefits Information:

Salary Range: $80,000 - $150,000

Expense account for travel and entertainment

Bonus Eligible: Enterprise Sales and LTL Incentive Programs
