Regional Sales Manager – HVAC Distributor Channel (Eastern U.S.)
Location: Eastern United States (must reside near a major airport)
Travel: 20-25%

The Opportunity We’re hiring a Regional Sales Manager – Eastern U.S. to drive growth through HVAC wholesale distribution channels and lead a network of independent manufacturers’ rep agencies.
This role requires experience selling through distribution and working with rep firms.
This is a high-impact role for someone who knows how to:
Build pull-through demand with contractors and end users
Influence and grow distributor sales teams
Lead and hold independent rep agencies accountable
Win in a competitive HVAC/R market
What You’ll Do
Grow territory revenue across the Eastern U.S.
Manage key HVAC wholesale distributors and strengthen relationships at all levels
Lead and develop independent rep firms (coaching, training, performance management)
Identify and close new business with distributors, contractors, unions, and trade schools
Deliver and coordinate product & sales training with distributor teams and reps
Forecast sales and align with inventory and supply planning
Support strategic pricing and large opportunity development
Monitor market trends and competitive activity
What You Bring
5+ years of outside sales / regional sales experience
HVAC/R industry experience required (tools, test & measurement, or related preferred)
Proven success selling through wholesale distribution channels
Experience managing independent rep agencies
Track record of exceeding sales targets
Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
Ability to work independently and travel regionally
Compensation On-Target Earnings (OTE): $105,000–$115,000 (includes base salary, commission, and profit sharing)
