Strategic Alliances Manager

We seek an experienced business development teammate to play a critical role in growing and managing high‑impact partnerships for ZS. This person will possess strong technology partnerships and Alliances experience, have a collaborative, customer‑first mindset and possess the acumen to work effectively with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders. What you’ll do

Own a partner engagement, revenue development through partners and build a seamless engagement for cluster of high value accounts Develop and execute co‑sell and go‑to‑market strategy at an account level in your clusters with key strategic Alliances such as AWS, MSFT, Databricks, etc. Own the revenue target for partnership in the cluster, build and maintain strong pipeline, support partner marketing and enablement Work with ZS client teams, practice teams, partners and customers to drive partner engagement, evangelize ZS solutions with partners, do effective presentations/demos of ZS solutions Collaborate effectively with ZS practice teams, marketing, PR, legal, and business teams to drive, manage, and grow key partnerships Become a trusted advisor and serve as an expert on client business for the clusters, assigned partner/s, helping with enablement across wider ZS What you’ll bring

Bachelor’s degree required, master’s degree preferred 10+ years of prior relevant work experience, preferably managing strategic Tech Alliance Partnerships Comfort in leading sales cycles for a consulting company selling services Customer‑centric mind to build and nurture long‑term relationships with stakeholders in the Pharmaceutical / Life Sciences industry Ability to adapt and manage a fast‑paced, changing environment Has an aptitude for understanding the technical side of software High motivation, good work ethic, self‑starter, maturity and personal initiative Fluency in spoken and written English Client‑first mentality Collaborative spirit and problem‑solving approach How you’ll grow
