We are seeking an
Instructional Designer
to serve as the creative and pedagogical architect of our learning ecosystem. In this role, you will be responsible for the end‑to‑end design and development of high‑impact learning content across a diverse array of formats—including eLearning, virtual instructor‑led training (vILT), video, microlearning, and performance‑support job aids. You aren’t just building courses; you are creating meaningful educational experiences that drive performance and bridge skill gaps. As a strategic partner, you will collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) and cross‑functional teams to ensure all content is technically accurate, current, and strictly aligned with our core business priorities. You will translate complex information into digestible, engaging learning paths that meet the needs of a modern workforce. Responsibilities Certification & Partner Learning
Develop training materials that clearly communicate value propositions and product offerings to partners.
Create role‑based learning experiences for external audiences aligned with defined learning objectives.
Collaborate with cross‑functional teams, including Product Marketing and Partnerships, to ensure certification content remains accurate and current.
Content Design & Development
Design and develop learning experiences across multiple modalities, including eLearning, virtual instructor‑led training, video, microlearning, and job aids.
Apply instructional design best practices and adult learning principles to create engaging, learner‑centered content.
Develop supporting materials such as assessments, knowledge checks, guides, infographics, and performance support tools.
Maintain and update existing content based on feedback, product updates, and stakeholder input.
Collaboration & Learning Operations
Partner with subject matter experts to gather and validate content for accuracy.
Incorporate feedback from stakeholders and learners to continuously improve content quality and effectiveness.
Follow established templates, standards, and processes to ensure consistency across all learning materials.
