Description:
The Instructional Designer is responsible for creating and updating learning content across multiple formats (eLearning, virtual instructor‑led training, videos, microlearning, and job aids), working with subject matter experts and cross‑functional teams to ensure materials are accurate, current, and aligned to defined learning objectives and business priorities.
Key Responsibilities
Build training materials that help partners understand client system value proposition and product offerings
Create role‑based learning experiences for external audiences aligned to defined learning objectives
Partner with cross‑functional teams, including Product Marketing and Partnerships, to keep external certification content accurate and up to date
Design and develop learning content across multiple modalities, including eLearning, virtual instructor‑led training, videos, microlearning, and job aids
Apply instructional design fundamentals and adult learning principles to create clear, engaging, learner‑friendly experiences
Build supporting materials such as assessments, knowledge checks, guides, infographics, and performance support tools that reinforce key concepts
Update and revise existing learning content based on feedback, product changes, and stakeholder input
Collaborate with subject matter experts to gather content and ensure accuracy of certification materials
Incorporate feedback from stakeholders and learners to improve content quality and learner experience
Follow established templates, standards, and processes to ensure consistency across certification and partner learning materials
