Role Overview
This role is not just about managing influencer and affiliate efforts—it’s about
owning and growing revenue from these channels . You will be responsible for turning influencer and affiliate into a
meaningful, scalable growth engine
for the business. We’re looking for someone who is proactive, opportunity-driven, and excited to take real ownership—not just execute, but consistently identify where the opportunities are and go make them happen.
What You’ll Own
Influencer Outreach & Relationship Building
Consistently sourcing and reaching out to a high volume of aligned creators each week
Turning outreach into meaningful, long-term partnerships (both gifted and paid)
Driving measurable revenue through influencer campaigns
Identifying breakout creators early and scaling those relationships
Actively building and nurturing relationships—not just one-off transactions
Affiliate & Ambassador Program
Growing the affiliate channel into a meaningful revenue driver
Recruiting affiliates who actually convert (not just adding volume)
Identifying top performers and doubling down on them
Quickly recognizing what’s not working and reallocating effort
Ownership & Strategy
Owning weekly performance reporting (revenue, conversion, top performers, gaps)
Bringing not just data, but insights and clear next steps
Proactively identifying new opportunities, partnerships, and growth levers—and executing on them without waiting to be asked

Influencer and affiliate become
consistent, scalable revenue channels
Creators genuinely love working with Mentionables and continue long-term
You are constantly bringing new ideas, partnerships, and opportunities to the table
You operate like an owner, not just an executor
This Role Tends to Be a Great Fit For Someone Who:
Is energized by driving results and hitting goals
Naturally takes ownership and runs with things without needing much direction
Instinctively spots opportunities and acts on them quickly
Cares more about outcomes than just completing tasks
Understands the balance between authentic relationships and performance
It’s Likely Not the Right Fit If You:
Prefer highly structured direction vs. figuring things out independently
Are uncomfortable being accountable to revenue goals
Wait for direction instead of bringing ideas forward
Measure success primarily by tasks completed rather than results achieved
What We’re Looking For
2+ years experience managing influencer marketing, affiliate programs, or ambassador initiatives (bonus if in DTC fashion/lifestyle)
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and priorities simultaneously
Strong understanding of social media and the influencer landscape, with a clear eye for what performs
Data-driven mindset with experience tracking, analyzing, and optimizing performance
A proactive, self-starter attitude—you take ownership and drive results
Passion for Mentionables’ mission of helping women feel confident, comfortable, and seen
