Contract HR Business Partner
Our client, a fast-paced technology company, is seeking a Contract HR Business Partner to support their HR team for approximately 5 months from April-August. This role will primarily focus on Employee Relations, partnering closely with leaders and HR stakeholders to address complex workplace issues, ensure fair and consistent practices, and maintain a positive employee experience. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage employee relations cases, including investigations, performance management, and conflict resolution Coach managers on performance management and sensitive employee matters Ensure consistent application of company policies and employment law compliance Identify ER trends and partner with HR leadership on proactive solutions Support HR Team with projects and other responsibilities as needed Qualifications 5+ years of HR Business Partner or Employee Relations experience, ideally in a fast-paced or high-growth environment Strong background conducting employee relations investigations and advising leadership Solid knowledge of employment law and HR best practices Ability to navigate sensitive situations with discretion, professionalism, and sound judgment Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills Experience supporting technology or high-growth companies is a plus Engagement Details Contract engagement (approximately 5 months from April-August 2026) Hybrid with 3 days in office Downtown Denver (paid parking included) Pay rate of $45-50/hr DOE
