In this role, you’ll craft and execute complex B2B and B2C campaigns across platforms like Google DV360, Meta Ad Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and more—delivering measurable growth and insights to stakeholders and marketing leaders alike.
Required Skills
3-5+ years of hands‑on experience with digital media buying and campaign management
Proficiency in Google DV360, Google Campaign Manager, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and social media advertising platforms
Expertise in audience targeting, campaign setup, tracking, and optimization
Strong analytical skills, with ability to utilize tools like Google Analytics, Tableau, and Funnel.io
Demonstrated success in managing complex campaigns with multiple audience segments
Excellent presentation and communication skills to convey campaign insights and strategies
Nice to Have Skills
Experience within the insurance or financial services sectors
Familiarity with A/B testing, website optimization, and KPI dashboard creation
Knowledge of additional tools such as Google Tag Manager, Looker, and data visualization platforms
Experience working in a matrix organization and leading cross‑functional teams
Preferred Education and Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field
Proven track record in digital marketing roles with a focus on paid media and full‑funnel strategies
Other Requirements
This is a hybrid role requiring onsite presence 3 days a week in NY, NY; Holmdel, NJ; Bethlehem, PA; Stamford, CT; or Boston, MA
Pay Rate: $42-$60 hourly
6 months contract W2
Ability to work legally in the U.S. without sponsorship
Prior experience with multi‑channel media planning and budget management
