MyAleph is a Los Angelesbased startup jewelry brand hiring a Brand & Growth Strategist to own marketing execution and performance across paid media, lifecycle marketing, creator partnerships, and campaign launches. This role works directly with the Founder and collaborates closely with the E-Commerce Manager and Social Media Coordinator to ensure campaigns are strategically built, creatively strong, and performance-driven. As a startup operating on a drop-style launch model, priorities move quickly and timelines evolve. We are looking for someone who is proactive, resourceful, comfortable working independently, and confident executing in a fast-moving environment. This is not a coordination role. You will be responsible for improving results over time and helping shape how marketing scales as the business grows. What Youll Own Paid Media Execution Translate performance metrics into new Meta Ads creative directions Partner with our external ads team to optimize campaign performance Monitor ROAS, CPA, CTR, and CVR to guide strategy decisions Develop new testing angles to support revenue targets Support Google Ads launches when strategically appropriate CRM (Email & SMS Klaviyo) Own campaign calendar aligned to product launches and promotions Manage segmentation and tagging strategy Maintain and optimize lifecycle flows Improve revenue contribution from owned channels Use performance data to refine messaging and targeting Photoshoot Coordination Lead end-to-end photoshoot execution Support concept direction, casting, timelines, and production Ensure assets support both paid media and lifecycle strategy Creator & Influencer Partnerships Identify and recruit creators who drive measurable results Manage gifting, briefing, contracting, and onboarding Track performance and iterate partnerships based on impact External Partner Coordination Own communication across PR, social, and paid partners Ensure campaigns launch on time and stay aligned cross-channel Maintain visibility across timelines and deliverables This Role Is a Strong Fit If You Want ownership inside a growing startup environment Are comfortable working directly with a founder Thrive in fast-moving launch cycles with shifting priorities Can interpret performance data and adjust strategy quickly Balance creative instincts with analytical thinking Are proactive, resourceful, and solution-oriented Stay organized even when timelines change Qualifications 24 years experience in DTC e-commerce (fashion, jewelry, or lifestyle preferred) Proficiency in Meta Ads Manager Experience working in Klaviyo Familiarity with Google Ads Strong campaign planning and timeline management skills Experience improving performance metrics across channels Clear cross-functional communicator Comfortable contributing wherever needed in a lean startup team Bachelors degree preferred, or equivalent hands-on experience demonstrating measurable results. Compensation This role begins as a freelance contract position with a salary range of $60,000$70,000. This range is firm and reflects the scope of the role during the initial contract period. Following a successful probation period, there is a clear path to transition into a full-time position with expanded responsibility and compensation aligned to performance and business growth. Location Requirement This is an on-site role based in Culver City, Los Angeles. Applicants must currently reside in Los Angeles or within 50 miles of Culver City and be available to work in person with the team.
