Senior Business Analyst Capital Markets

Salary is 150k to 200k + bonus As a Sr. Business Analyst, lead analysis and improvement of end-to-end broker-dealer workflows, spanning trade execution through post-trade operations and client servicing. Act as the bridge between business and technology teams, translating complex requirements into clear documentation, user stories, and functional specifications. Partner with stakeholders across Trading, Operations, Risk, Compliance, Finance, and Engineering to identify gaps, strengthen controls, and enhance process efficiency. Utilize strong technical skills, including SQL, APIs, and data mapping, to define and validate source-to-target data flows and support system integrations. Support Agile delivery by contributing to backlog refinement, sprint planning, user acceptance testing, and release readiness. Ensure regulatory and compliance requirements are embedded within processes, maintaining auditability and alignment with broker-dealer standards. Drive continuous improvement through automation, straight-through processing (STP), and scalable solutions supporting new product initiatives.
