Hospital Information Desk Representative

Role Purpose
Provides effortless and seamless movement in and out of the medical center as the first impression that patients and visitors experience. Provides coverage of the information desks and interacts with target audiences, internal resources and external vendors. Responsibilities
Handles customer concerns and complaints immediately using appropriate service recovery tools and guidelines. Provides information regarding the medical center and local area. Greets patients and visitors, provides patient and hospital information and escort services to those in need. Utilizes technology to appropriately direct guests, visitors and patients throughout hospital campus. Assists with patient arrival and departure. Minimum Requirements
Education High School Diploma or GED Experience Supervisor Experience No Experience Preferred Requirements
