Virtual: This role enables associates to work virtually full-time, except for required in-person training sessions, providing maximum flexibility and autonomy. This approach promotes productivity, supports work-life integration, and ensures essential face-to-face onboarding and skill development. Alternate locations may be considered if candidates reside within a commuting distance from an office. The Sales Assistant II is responsible for advanced administrative support to Group or Individual sales force. How will you make an impact: Provides phone support. Processes mail and maintains supplies. Prepares and logs proposals. Researches and resolves moderately complex claim and benefit issues. Assembles and distributes open enrollment packets. Gathers, inputs, and tracks sales data. Generates sales reports. Minimum Requirements High school diploma or a GED equivalent. Minimum of 3 years of related experience; or any combination of education and experience which would provide an equivalent background. Preferred Skills, Capabilities and Experiences: Strong administrative and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced sales environment Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including professional phone etiquette and internal/external correspondence High level of attention to detail when preparing proposals, logging activity, and maintaining documentation Proficiency in data entry, tracking, and reporting, with experience generating and interpreting sales reports Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to follow issues through to resolution Effective time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines with minimal supervision Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, Outlook) or similar business software Ability to work both independently and collaboratively with sales, claims, and operational teams For candidates working in person or virtually in the below location(s), the salary* range for this specific position is $21.89/hr to $35.96/hr.
