Sales Account Executive – MedTech & Life Sciences

Are you a results-driven sales professional with a passion for MedTech and Life Sciences? We’re looking for a Sales Account Executive who thrives in consultative selling, understands engineering & digital services, and can drive meaningful client partnerships.


🔍 What You’ll Do

  • Drive consultative sales for MedTech & Life Sciences clients
  • Sell solutions across:
  • Product Engineering (medical devices, sustaining, manufacturing)
  • Digital, embedded, mechanical & software projects
  • Regulatory & compliance (FDA, ISO, MDR, IVDR, remediation)
  • Quality management & documentation services
  • Identify, qualify, and convert new business opportunities globally
  • Build and manage a strong sales pipeline to ensure revenue growth
  • Lead client presentations, proposals, and RFP/RFI responses
  • Develop long-term relationships with key stakeholders
  • Act as a trusted advisor, aligning client needs with tailored solutions


What We’re Looking For

  • 4–10 years of experience in MedTech / Life Sciences services sales
  • Proven success in selling:
  • Services-based solutions
  • Digital / IT / software projects
  • Product engineering & regulatory/compliance services
  • Strong understanding of medical device/life sciences lifecycle & regulations
  • Experience managing enterprise or mid-market clients
  • Excellent communication & stakeholder management skills


Nice to Have

  • Experience selling into the US market
  • Exposure to Digital Health, SaMD, AI/ML, Cloud, or QMS
  • Strong network within MedTech / Life Sciences organizations
  • Ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles
