accurate estimates
from plans and specifications Experience with
quantity takeoffs
and cost validation Strong understanding of
residential construction scopes Ability to manage
multiple projects and deadlines Industry consistent work history 2+ years
of experience in estimating or purchasing Compensation / Benefits
