Emarketing Production Coordinator
The eMarketing Production Coordinator is responsible for coordinating email and digital marketing projects to successful completion as well as increase departmental productivity by managing project workflow through multiple departments in a short period of time. Responsibilities include: Working directly with the Manager, Digital and eMarketing Production to provide logistical support to marketing department Fully understanding scope, deliverables, resource needs, and timelines of each project Providing oversight of routing for email and digital projects Coordinating with the Manager, Digital and eMarketing Production and each department to manage action items and due dates against timelines Ensuring projects are completed successfully (in terms of time, content and quality) Managing communication and tracking of lists between marketing team and other departments Proof reading email and digital items to ensure consistency to brand standards and quality control Administering event updates on corporate event website Logging and assigning Marketing Support Request tickets to email and digital team Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree 1-3 years of applicable work experience Qualifications: Basic working knowledge of project management concepts, tools and best practices Excellent attention to detail Excellent Microsoft office skills including Excel, Word and Outlook Ability to coordinate and motivate project teams Demonstrated track record of success of achieving business objectives Manage multiple assignments at once Entrepreneurial mindset, business acumen, and strong communications skills Ability to build and maintain relationship with high degree of professionalism
