Job Title: UX Architect / Product Designer (AI & Data Platforms) Location: Remote (Occasional Onsite Required) Work Type: Hybrid About the Role We are seeking an experienced UX Architect / Product Designer to lead the design and user experience strategy for a next-generation Market Access integrated workstation . This is a high-impact role where you will work at the intersection of UX, data visualization, and AI-driven solutions , transforming complex business workflows and large datasets into intuitive, user-friendly experiences . What You’ll Do Evaluate existing systems and identify UX gaps and integration opportunities Partner with stakeholders, business analysts, and engineering teams to gather requirements and define user needs Create a connected UX vision and strategy across multiple user personas Design wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI solutions Build AI-enabled user workflows (alerts, task management, personalization) Translate complex data into clear, actionable dashboards and visual insights Collaborate with developers (React, Power BI, OutSystems, Neo4j) for feasible and scalable designs Conduct usability testing and iterate based on feedback Establish UX standards, templates, and best practices Communicate design decisions effectively to stakeholders Support rollout through training materials, demos, or documentation What We’re Looking For 8–10 years of experience in UX/UI design or UX architecture Strong experience designing enterprise or integrated platforms Expertise in Figma, Sketch, or similar design tools Proven experience with data visualization and dashboard design Familiarity with: Power BI ReactJS OutSystems Neo4j Strong understanding of user journeys, personas, and workflows Ability to simplify complex data into intuitive visual experiences Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Experience working in Agile environments Knowledge of accessibility and responsive design principles Nice to Have Experience in Pharmaceutical or Healthcare industry Exposure to GenAI applications or AI-powered workflows Understanding of data models and analytics pipelines Why Join?
