Role Description

This is a full-time role for an Account Manager at Ferretti Search in Charlotte, NC.

  • Manage and grow an existing book of business consisting of past and current clients
  • Re-engage previous client relationships and reintroduce services to drive renewed partnerships
  • Focus on maintaining ongoing client relationships and generating revenue through warm leads
  • Oversee a portfolio of primarily small to mid-sized clients, with exposure to select enterprise accounts
  • Expand services within specific departments or business units rather than entire organizations
  • Handle approximately 20–40 clients at a time within a larger database of up to 500 accounts


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a book of business consisting of previously engaged and active clients
  • Reintroduce Ferretti Search’s services to past clients to re-establish and grow relationships
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term client partnerships through consistent communication
  • Identify and pursue opportunities within existing accounts, including expansion into new departments or teams
  • Work with warm leads to drive consistent revenue growth and account activity
  • Collaborate closely with recruiting teams to ensure successful placements and high client satisfaction
  • Support a mix of small/mid-sized clients and select enterprise accounts
  • Act as a trusted advisor by understanding client needs and aligning appropriate staffing solutions
  • Track account performance, engagement, and growth metrics


Qualifications

  • Experience in account management, client success, or relationship management, preferably within staffing or professional services
  • Strong relationship-building skills with a focus on client retention and growth
  • Ability to re-engage dormant accounts and turn them into active business opportunities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience managing multiple client accounts and priorities simultaneously
  • Comfort working with both mid-market and enterprise-level clients
  • Self-starter with a proactive and solutions-oriented mindset
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field preferred
  • Demonstrates collaboration, accountability, and a drive to build long-term client relationships
