Role Description
This is a full-time role for an Account Manager at Ferretti Search in Charlotte, NC, with flexibility for some work from home. The Account Manager will be responsible for day-to-day prospecting, outreach, business development, client account management, fostering relationships, identifying staffing needs, and collaborating with both clients and candidates to ensure successful placements.
Key Responsibilities
Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities through outbound prospecting, cold outreach, networking, and referrals
Develop and execute strategic new client acquisition plans to grow market presence
Consistently build and manage a robust pipeline of net-new prospects
Conduct discovery conversations to uncover client pain points and staffing needs
Present and sell Ferretti Search’s staffing and executive search solutions
Collaborate closely with recruiting teams to ensure successful placements and client satisfaction
Establish yourself as a trusted advisor within target industries and accounts
Track activity, pipeline, and results with strong accountability to performance goals
Qualifications
Proven prospecting and new business development mindset
Strong ability to open doors, build relationships, and close new clients
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Experience in staffing, recruitment, executive search, or professional services sales preferred
Ability to work independently with a high level of drive, urgency, and accountability
Strategic planning and execution skills with a results-oriented approach
Familiarity with HR, Accounting & Finance, Corporate Support, or IT industries a plus
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
Strong organizational and time management skills
Demonstrates always learning mindset, collaboration as a team player, and relentless intrinsic drive.
