Regional Manager – Mid‑Atlantic
Location: Montclair, New Jersey, United States. Hybrid, 75% travel required.

Responsibilities
Lead Territory Managers to sell, promote and merchandise Colgate's professional products/solutions.
Define objectives and priorities for Territory Managers aligned with regional/local priorities.
Establish and monitor individual performance against sales objectives.
Develop regional business plans and support team to develop customer actions to achieve territory objectives.
Demonstrate expertise in selling
egotiating and managing complex customer situations.
Stay ahead of trends in the dental industry; represent Colgate as the strategic choice and participate in local conventions.
Deliver fundamentals of customer engagement requirements and use business analytics to drive fact‑based conversations.
Liaise with business partners including DSO Team, call center, marketing and 3rd‑party distributor’s sales force; elevate issues and opportunities to drive results.
Identify and engage new business opportunities.
Required Qualifications
5+ years of sales background, preferably in a professional channel.
2+ years of people management experience.
Preferred Qualifications
Dental industry experience.
Analytical mindset and ability to leverage data tools to track ongoing progress.
Experience working effectively with a geographically dispersed team and managing a variety of issues proactively.
Excellent communication skills at all levels.
Ability to commute to Colgate‑Palmolive HQ in Midtown Manhattan on occasion.
Compensation and Benefits Salary range: $137,000 – $155,000 USD plus bonus and company vehicle. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, basic life insurance, paid parental leave, disability coverage and participation in the 401(k) retirement plan with company matching contributions. Minimum 15 vacation/PTO days (or 120 hours for hourly employees) and 13 paid holidays. Paid sick leave in accordance with local laws.
