In this role, you will act as a strategic partner to leadership while also delivering hands‑on HR support across the organization. You will play a key role in building and scaling people operations, ensuring that HR practices evolve alongside business growth. Accountabilities:
Provide strategic HR guidance to leadership, supporting decision‑making on organizational design, talent strategy, and workforce planning
Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies, processes, and documentation to support scalable operations
Manage the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, performance management, engagement, and offboarding
Advise on employee relations matters, ensuring fair and compliant handling of workplace issues
Design and enhance performance management frameworks, feedback systems, and development processes
Support compensation strategy, retention initiatives, and overall employee experience improvements
Maintain accurate HR records and systems, ensuring data integrity and process consistency
Collaborate with recruitment teams to support hiring efforts and workforce expansion
Foster a strong, inclusive company culture aligned with organizational values and goals
Requirements:
5+ years of experience in HR, People Operations, or HR Business Partner roles
Proven experience supporting remote or distributed teams in a global environment
Strong knowledge of core HR functions, including employee lifecycle management and HR compliance
Ability to operate both strategically and hands‑on in a fast‑paced, scaling organization
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence leadership
Experience building HR processes, frameworks, and documentation from scratch
Familiarity with HRIS platforms and people operations tools
Strong organizational, analytical, and problem‑solving skills
High level of autonomy, adaptability, and proactive mindset
