Responsibilities
Oversee and coordinate all nursing services to ensure safe, high-quality resident care
Lead, coach, and support nursing staff, including hiring, onboarding, and performance management
Ensure compliance with Wisconsin RCAC regulations, state guidelines, and company policies
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, physicians, and leadership to support resident care plans
Monitor clinical outcomes, address concerns proactively, and drive continuous quality improvement
Participate in an on-call rotation to support clinical operations
Qualifications
Active RN license in Wisconsin (required)
Minimum of 3 years of nursing experience
At least 1 year of supervisory experience
Working knowledge of RCAC rules and compliance regulations
