Overview The SAP Production Planning (PP) and Quality Management (QM) Functional Consultant is responsible for designing, configuring, and implementing SAP S/4HANA solutions with a focus on Production Planning integrated with Quality Management. This role plays a key part in delivering Greenfield implementations and ensuring seamless integration across manufacturing and quality processes.
Description
Lead SAP S/4HANA Greenfield implementations for Production Planning integrated with Quality Management
Gather business requirements and design scalable, efficient SAP solutions
Configure and optimize SAP PP and QM modules aligned with business processes
Deliver client demonstrations and clearly communicate business benefits of SAP PP solutions
Drive integration across modules and systems, including: PP to QM, PP to EWM and External manufacturing and MES systems (e.g., Solumina)
Collaborate with technical teams (BASIS, Middleware, Developers) to ensure end-to-end solution delivery
Perform business process analysis and recommend continuous improvements Requirements
7+ years of SAP Production Planning (PP) experience
3+ years of SAP Quality Management (QM) experience
Proven experience in SAP functional design, configuration, and implementation
Strong understanding of manufacturing and quality processes
Bachelor’s Degree
Experience with SAP S/4HANA Greenfield implementations (core PP, not IBP/APO)
Integration experience with Third-party Quality Management systems and Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES), such as Solumin
Strong experience integrating SAP PP with manufacturing execution processes
Exposure to cross-functional integration with EWM and external manufacturing systems
Experience in solution architecture, planning, and delivery
Public Trust Security Clearance
