Overview
The SAP Production Planning (PP) and Quality Management (QM) Functional Consultant is responsible for designing, configuring, and implementing SAP S/4HANA solutions with a focus on Production Planning integrated with Quality Management. This role plays a key part in delivering Greenfield implementations and ensuring seamless integration across manufacturing and quality processes.
Description
- Lead SAP S/4HANA Greenfield implementations for Production Planning integrated with Quality Management
- Gather business requirements and design scalable, efficient SAP solutions
- Configure and optimize SAP PP and QM modules aligned with business processes
- Deliver client demonstrations and clearly communicate business benefits of SAP PP solutions
- Drive integration across modules and systems, including: PP to QM, PP to EWM and External manufacturing and MES systems (e.g., Solumina)
- Collaborate with technical teams (BASIS, Middleware, Developers) to ensure end-to-end solution delivery
- Perform business process analysis and recommend continuous improvements
Requirements
- 7+ years of SAP Production Planning (PP) experience
- 3+ years of SAP Quality Management (QM) experience
- Proven experience in SAP functional design, configuration, and implementation
- Strong understanding of manufacturing and quality processes
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA Greenfield implementations (core PP, not IBP/APO)
- Integration experience with Third-party Quality Management systems and Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES), such as Solumin
- Strong experience integrating SAP PP with manufacturing execution processes
- Exposure to cross-functional integration with EWM and external manufacturing systems
- Experience in solution architecture, planning, and delivery
