Overview
As a Portfolio Analyst & Strategy Manager Senior (Fraud Transaction) within PNC’s Technology organization, you will be based in Pittsburgh, PA; Strongsville, OH; Dallas, TX; or Birmingham, AL.
Job Description
Provides financial and regulatory reporting and analysis to maintain adequate controls over the reporting processes.
Runs complex business performance, risk and operational analytics, developing analytical methods/models to assess market, credit and operational risk of financial products.
Analyzes large datasets to improve risk-adjusted returns, deliver profitable growth, and communicate conclusions.
Applies predictive models, third‑party data and tools to segment and target acquisition and portfolio strategies, providing insight into portfolio risk.
Manages engagements with internal and external information suppliers, ensuring solutions fit for purpose and maintain governance.
Communicates regulatory and financial accounting impacts to regulators and control functions.
Studies market conditions and peer bank behavior to identify trends affecting credit risk and returns.
Collaborates with line of business, Finance, and Risk partners to establish credit risk appetite and related policies.
Required Skills
Fraud transaction and incident real‑time response.
Experience with credit cards, lending and other transaction types.
Fraud analytics proficiency.
Strong analytical thinking and data analytics skills.
Knowledge of credit risk and financial analysis.
Qualifications
University or college degree; advanced degrees desirable.
8+ years industry experience; at least 5 years prior management experience.
Competencies in banking products, big data management, predictive analytics, and regulatory environment.
No required certifications or licenses.
