Position Overview

The Office of Entrepreneurship & Commercialization (OEC) is actively seeking an intern for Spring and Summer 2026 on a part‑time basis. The intern will report directly to the Business Systems Analyst and provide essential support for various entrepreneurship initiatives and data collection on the Salesforce platform within the Invent Penn State framework. Responsibilities

Provide administrative support to OEC programs, including the LaunchBox, Innovation Network, Startup Leadership Network, Research Commercialization, and Pennsylvania Technical Assistance Programs. Collect, migrate, and maintain program data in Salesforce. Conduct online research to support program planning and execution. Utilize Microsoft 365 Suite and Salesforce for day‑to‑day tasks. Collaborate with team members and external stakeholders to meet project deadlines. Qualifications

Self‑starting spirit with an entrepreneurial mindset. Experience with or eagerness to learn Salesforce CRM and project management tools. Strong attention to detail, process orientation, and problem‑solving abilities. Curiosity and the ability to question and contribute insights. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work independently and within a team. Adherence to deadlines and a flexible approach to tasks. Compensation & Benefits
