Our client, a leader in the medical device and biotech industry, is seeking a dedicated Complaint Investigations Tech to join their team. As a Complaint Investigations Tech, you will be part of the Complaint Investigations Department supporting quality assurance and customer satisfaction initiatives. 28/hr - 31/hr on W2 What’s the Job?
Unpack boxes safely and sort returned products according to product lines. Investigate returned products to resolve customer complaints regarding blood glucose meters, strips, and sensors. Document complaint investigations accurately in the Complaint Handling System. Use troubleshooting equipment such as multi-meters, oscilloscopes, test fixtures, and microscopes to complete investigations. Perform routine maintenance on quality records and ensure testing equipment is within validity. What’s Needed?
Minimum High School Diploma or GED; recent college graduates with a Bachelor’s degree are encouraged to apply. Proficient computer skills, including basic Microsoft Office applications and internet navigation. Ability to read, write, and comprehend English effectively. Strong documentation skills and attention to detail. Experience in Medical Device or Biotech industry with a technical background is preferred. What’s in it for me?
