Route Service and Sales Mechanic

Job Summary After training, this employee will drive various routes to visit current Auto‑Chlor customers. During these visits the technician will restock customer products, perform preventive maintenance on the commercial dishwasher machine, collect payment, and upsell cleaning/disinfecting products. The employee will be provided with a company phone and will drive our Auto‑Chlor vans. Continuous on‑the‑job training is provided.

A typical work schedule of Monday‑Friday, 7:30 am–4:30 pm.
Hourly rate of $22‑$24 (guaranteed overtime and on‑call opportunities).

Qualifications
Ability to work independently: Take ownership of assigned routes and deliver exceptional customer service.
Mechanical aptitude: Comfortably perform preventive maintenance on commercial dishwasher machines.
Light sales experience: Prior experience in light sales or upselling is preferred, enabling promotion of cleaning and disinfecting products.
Valid driver’s license: Maintain a reasonably clean driving record to fulfill driving responsibilities efficiently.
On‑call rotation: Engage in on‑call duties to deliver exceptional customer support.
