Job Summary
As a Route Service & Sales Technician, you will play the crucial role of providing exceptional service to our valued customers. After completing comprehensive training, you will be assigned a route within the Chattanooga area and become the face of our great business. During customer visits, you will ensure their commercial dish machine is cleaning & sanitizing dishes properly, perform preventative maintenance, and execute any needed repairs. You will also restock customer products, collect payment, and upsell our cleaning and disinfecting products. You will be equipped with a company phone and drive our Auto‑Chlor vans. Continuous on‑the‑job training will be provided to support your success.

Physical Requirements And Environmental Considerations
Able to safely perform the full range of duties to include frequent lifting up to 40 lbs, kneeling and crouching up to 2 hours a day, climbing, pushing, and pulling up to 50 lbs
Scheduled 45‑48 hr work weeks
Safely drive company work vans
May be required to ascend/descend stairs at the branch and customer locations
Additional Information
This is an hourly paid role ($21/hr) along with commissions paid on route size and route growth
Bonuses paid quarterly for top performers
Company uniforms are polo shirts with logo, work pants and non‑slip shoes
A typical workweek is 45‑48 hours plus being part of the on‑call rotation
Overtime pay applies to this role
