Description We are seeking a dynamic Leasing Consultant to join our team in the Plaza and Downtown KC area. The role focuses on leasing, resident relations, and contributing to the growth of our community housing portfolios.
Key Role Responsibilities
Effectively communicate on a day-to-day basis with potential residents regarding building availability and tours
Orchestrate both new leases and lease renewals
Follow up with prospective residents
Assist in off-site and on-site marketing
Properly respond to any resident concerns
Meet with Property Manager daily to submit reports and review ideas to assist with promoting leasing results
Provide support to other leasing consultants
Our Ideal Candidate
2 years in sales or property management experience (Preferred)
2 years lease-up experience (Preferred)
Familiarity with Class A or Luxury Communities
Excellent communication (written and verbal), organizational and customer service skills
Committed to continuous learning to maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of rules, laws and regulations
Ability to acquire knowledge of operating various computer functions and Property Management Software Systems
Minimum Qualifications
Valid driver license and any other licenses/certifications required by the state
