$17.00 - $18.35 / hour Description
Salary Range: $17.35-$18.35 hourly plus commission Key Role Responsibilities
Effectively communicate on a day-to-day basis with potential residents regarding building availability and tours Orchestrate both new leases and lease renewals Follow up with prospective residents Assist in off-site and on-site marketing Properly respond to any resident concerns Meet with Property Manager on a daily basis to submit reports and review any ideas to assist with promoting leasing results Provide support to other leasing consultants Our Ideal Candidate
2 years in sales or property management experience (Preferred) Excellent communication (written and verbal), organizational and customer service skills Committed to continuous learning to maintain up-to-date knowledge of rules, laws and regulations. Ability to acquire knowledge of operating various computer functions and Property Management Software Systems Minimum Qualifications
Valid driver license and any other licenses/certifications required by the state Benefits
