Job Summary Assisting members in selecting and purchasing tires, installing and repairing tires, completing necessary tire bay documentation, and maintaining tire bay policies and procedures.

Major Tasks, Responsibilities, And Key Accountabilities
Proper installation of tires, including mounting, dismounting, rotating, and balancing.
Properly dispose of tires and ensure propane tanks are filled per club policy.
Maintain a clean and professional tire bay and waiting area. Merchandise tire displays and automotive products.
Provide knowledgeable service at the tire desk; coordinate with Home Office as needed.
Maintain an accurate and complete supply inventory; utilize special-ordered tire programs.
Comply with safety and cleanliness standards; properly use tire bay equipment.
Assist members in tire selection and purchase, verifying vehicle sizes.
Fill propane tanks if certified per DOT requirements.
Ensure all tire bay scheduling data and documentation is completed for sales and service orders.
Maintain all club policies and procedures.
Perform other duties as assigned, including working in other departments.
Regular, predictable, full attendance is an essential function of this job.
Qualifications
At least 18 years of age.
Valid driver’s license; ability to drive automatic and manual transmission vehicles.
Strong interpersonal skills.
Basic computer skills or willingness to learn.
Prior tire installation experience preferred.
Pass Michelin training levels one through four within three months of hire.
Ability to lift over 30 pounds with assistance.
Environmental Job Conditions
Exposure to indoor and outdoor temperatures and weather conditions.
Mostly standing and moving continuously on hard surfaces; frequent bending, climbing, crawling, kneeling, pushing, pulling, reaching, moving side to side, stooping, and climbing ladders or step stools.
Frequently require lifting objects up to 30 pounds; may lift and move heavy or awkward objects over 30 pounds with assistance.
Often surrounded by moving cars, machinery, and loud equipment that may require shouting to be heard; occasional exposure to company-approved chemicals, cleaning agents, and strong smells.
