We’re looking for a talented mid- to senior-level associate to join our real estate transactions team. The ideal candidate will have significant experience in one or more of the following areas: complex real estate financings (representing lenders and/or borrowers), joint ventures, acquisitions, and dispositions across a range of asset classes, including office, multifamily, industrial, retail, and hospitality.
This position is available in Boston, New York, Washington, San Francisco, LA, and Santa Monica.
You should have a strong academic record with a JD from a top law school.
Your experience must be from a peer law firm.
This position is for attorneys and you must be admitted.
This position is
not
open to law graduates.
Prior peer law firm experience or judicial clerkship experience is essential.
