Commercial Loan Processor

Blue Sky Bank is seeking an experienced Loan Processor to join our team in Tulsa, Oklahoma!
As a Loan Processor at Blue Sky Bank, your primary responsibilities include:
Processing and preparing loan documents for commercial, consumer, and real estate loans using Laser Pro and Decision Pro.
Ordering real estate title work, real estate flood certificates, and credit reports.
Ordering Appraisal and Appraisal Reviews, as necessary.
Reviewing attorney‑prepared loan documents for accuracy prior to loans closing and funding.
Reviewing transactions for loan policy exceptions and ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements prior to producing documents.
Coordinating with title companies for real estate closings.
Initiating all funding entries for loan disbursements.
Performing review of UCC/EFS searches and completing all necessary UCC/EFS filings.
Completing filing of mortgages and deed of trusts.
Completing filing of bank lien for titled collateral.
Uploading and scanning closed loans to core and fund.
Performing other responsibilities as assigned by management.
Key Qualifications:
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or other business‑related fields, or equivalent experience (preferred).
Experience:
3+ years of commercial loan processing experience at a financial institution required.
