Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Licensed Real Estate Agent based in the Green Bay, Wisconsin Metropolitan Area. Key responsibilities include assisting clients with the buying, selling, and renting of real estate properties, building strong client relationships, providing exceptional customer service, and staying informed on current market trends. Additional duties entail maintaining professional knowledge of Real Property laws and regulations and executing property transactions to ensure client satisfaction and positive outcomes. Agents will also leverage the company’s advanced tools and resources to optimize their performance.
Qualifications
Possess a valid Real Estate License, demonstrating compliance with local and state requirements
Experience in Real Estate and Real Property transactions is required
Proven ability in sales, with a strong focus on meeting client needs and achieving sales objectives
Strong Customer Service skills, including the ability to build and maintain client relationships
Knowledge of local real estate markets and trends is a plus
Self-motivated, organized, and capable of working independently
Proficiency in using technology and digital tools in real estate processes
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
