Apartment Leasing Specialist

A luxury apartment community in Swanzey, NH is seeking a Leasing Consultant to help lease available apartments while providing an excellent customer experience. Responsibilities include leasing apartments, conducting market surveys, and managing internet advertising. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of sales experience, a high school diploma (or equivalent), and familiarity with Microsoft Suite and Yardi.
