We are looking for an
Experienced APM
for a new luxury apartment community in the Keene area. Your responsibilities will include managing a large apartment community, leading a team of onsite leasing representatives, overseeing the performance of the maintenance team, ensuring open communication with residents, creating and managing budgets, and overseeing any capital projects.
The successful candidate must have 5 years experience managing a large market rate apartment community, possess polished communication skills, supervisory experience, be well organized and self-motivated.
Responsibilities
Execution of leases, marketing and operational activities that achieve budgeted occupancy and resident retention goals.
Assisting in the financial performance of the property including budgetary accountability and collections.
Resident Retention: provide pleasant and timely communications with all residents.
Requirements
Knowledge of Yardi and Rent Cafe.
Market Rate Experience.
College Degree required.
5+ Years’ Experience Managing a Market Rate Community required.
