Experienced Property Manager for a luxury apartment community in the East Providence area. Your responsibilities will include managing a large apartment community including leading a team of on site leasing representatives, overseeing the performance of the maintenance team, and ensuring open communication with residents, creating and managing budgets, and overseeing any capital projects.
The successful candidate
must have 5 Years
experience managing large market-rate apartment community, possess polished communications skills, supervisory experience, be well organized and self‑motivated.
Responsibilities Include
Execution of leases, marketing and operational activities that achieve budgeted occupancy and resident retention goals.
Assisting in the financial performance of the property including budgetary accountability and collections.
Resident Retention: provide pleasant and timely communications with all residents.
Requirements
Proficient in Yardi and Rent Café
Market Rate Experience
College Degree required
5+ Years’ Experience Managing a Market Rate Community required.
