Entry-Level Customer Service Representative Responsibilities As a Customer Service Representative, you will represent client brands at live promotional events and play a key role in delivering an outstanding customer experience:

Provide exceptional customer service at live events and brand activations

Represent client brands with professionalism, energy, and confidence

Assist in executing marketing campaigns and promotional strategies

Engage with customers to increase brand awareness and loyalty

Collaborate with team members and leadership to ensure successful event execution

Qualifications We are looking for enthusiastic, driven individuals who are ready to learn and grow:

Previous customer service experience preferred (retail, hospitality, food service, etc.)
