In this role, you will be working as a Customer Service Representative for a client in the manufacturing industry. This position will be responsible for acting as a liaison between the company and customers, sales representatives, etc.
This position is a direct hire role. This role must be worked onsite.
Pay: $49,000-$52,000/Yr.
Job Requirements
5+ years of experience working with sales teams in a manufacturing environment
Field incoming calls and online inquiries from end users, service technicians and sales team
Process quotes and purchase orders
Experience working in a CRM (Salesforce) and an ERP (Epicor) system
Ensure customer inquiries are resolved in a timely manner
Understand company products and product customizations
