Relationship Representative I – Zionsville, Indiana
Centra Credit Union is seeking a motivated professional to join our branch in Zionsville as a full‑time Relationship Representative I. The role focuses on welcoming members, engaging in meaningful conversations, and creating value while completing transactions accurately. The representative will develop competency in educating and advising on financial solutions through products and services based on member needs and goals, and will contribute to member outreach programs, new deposit account openings, and retail operations.
The position offers a clear learning path from Relationship Representative I to III, with opportunities to pursue additional development in retail operations or other career paths within Centra.
Spanish/English interpreters may be eligible for an interpreting differential.
Essential Functions
Creates value by actively engaging members during account transactions while educating and advising on Credit Union products and services.
Performs member account maintenance and telephonic outbound calling to members, engaging in outreach activities to build member relationships while promoting products and services.
Proactively engages with members to solve their financial needs and goals.
Engages in the required learning path for continued development and growth and obtains Centra certification.
Education & Experience
High School Diploma or General Education Diploma (GED).
Minimum of one year up to three years of similar or related experience, including preparatory experience.
