Job Summary We are looking for an enthusiastic, energetic Leasing Consultant to support our talented team of property management. As a leasing professional, you will sell and renew leases with a focus on generating qualified prospective residents/guests, touring the property, and preparing lease packages. Above all, you will have a passion for providing exceptional customer service, consistently, with a high level of integrity.

Essential Functions

Residents/Guests Retention: Provide exceptional customer service to current and prospective residents/guests and help engage them through ongoing programs and events designed to increase satisfaction, brand awareness, business referrals, and minimize turnover.

Leasing and Sales: Meet occupancy expectations by leasing to new customers, renewing leases for current residents, and increasing the rate of returning guests and referrals.

Marketing & Social Media Presence: Elevate the property’s online presence through social media marketing, creative content, resident features, tours, promotions, and engagement. Comfortable on camera and able to convert views into tours and tours into signed leases.

Compliance: Ensure lease paperwork and customer information is properly documented and protected, and adhere to local and state laws, including all Fair Housing laws.

Qualifications

Minimum of 3 years of sales or customer service experience in a related industry

High school diploma or equivalent

Strong communication and relationship‑building skills

Ability to conduct property tours and interact professionally with residents, prospects, and stakeholders

Excellent organizational and administrative abilities

Proficient in Microsoft Word and Outlook

Ability to work evenings, weekends, and/or holidays as needed

Valid driver’s license, current auto insurance, and reliable transportation

Physical Requirements

Ability to walk the property and conduct inspections, including stairs and outdoor areas

Ability to sit, stand, and use a computer for extended periods

Ability to lift up to 25 pounds as needed

Ability to perform essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodations

May be required to respond to after‑hours or emergency situations
